This is a dynamic position that combines field marketing with in-office administrative responsibilities. You won't be sitting behind a desk all day, nor will you be driving all day. Your week will include visiting current and prospective personal injury law firms, attending meetings, coordinating lunches, and building lasting professional relationships, while also spending time in the office following up with referral partners, obtaining case updates and statuses, documenting marketing activities, scheduling future visits, and supporting the overall business development strategy.

While the position starts with an hourly base rate, this role is designed for individuals motivated by performance-based earnings and long-term growth opportunities. Strong performers have the opportunity to significantly increase their compensation through bonuses by building meaningful relationships, expanding referral partnerships, and contributing to the continued growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Field Marketing & Relationship Building

• Visit current and prospective personal injury law firms to develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with attorneys, case managers, legal assistants, and referral partners.
• Coordinate and attend meetings, lunches, networking events, and community outreach activities.
• Represent One Stop Medical professionally throughout the personal injury legal community.

Administrative & Business Development Support

• Conduct follow-up calls to law firms regarding patient referrals, case updates, statuses, and outstanding items.
• Coordinate appointments, lunches, and future marketing visits.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, communications, and marketing activities.
• Document interactions and provide updates to leadership on relationship development efforts.
• Assist with administrative duties and other marketing-related projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute marketing and business development strategies.

Requirements

• In-person position only (no remote work).
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Comfortable with frequent local driving (gas reimbursement provided).
• Available Monday through Friday during business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, bubbly, and confident personality.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and building professional relationships.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to balance field marketing with in-office administrative responsibilities.

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Experience in legal marketing, business development, sales, client relations, or account management.
• Familiarity with the Las Vegas legal community.
• Existing relationships within the personal injury legal industry are a plus but not required.

What We Offer

• Starting pay of $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
