We are looking for a seasoned Sr. In-House Legal Counsel to join Bizagi on a part-time basis. We are open to structuring this engagement as a W-2 employee or an independent contractor (1099), depending on the candidate's preference and circumstances.

In addition, the role will provide coverage and support for EMEA as needed, including during periods of increased workload, employee absences, PTO coverage, or other business demands. The position will work closely with the General Counsel and other members of the Legal team to ensure consistent support across regions.

- Resolve issues with autonomy and pragmatism, avoiding unnecessary escalation or delay
Templates and Knowledge Transfer
- Develop and maintain contract templates, legal playbooks, and guidelines for internal teams
- Deliver ad hoc legal training to stakeholders across regions
