Job Details: Job Location: Southgate_Manor - Elizabeth City, NC, Salary Range: $19.00 - $22.00Hourly, We are hiring a friendly, self‑motivated Leasing Specialist to support the daily operations of a busy apartment community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, sales, and fast‑paced, people‑focused work.
Schedule: Part-time between 20 - 29 hours each week. Weekdays required, plus three Saturdays per month
Key Responsibilities
Prospect engagement — Greet prospects, answer phones, and conduct professional apartment tours
Marketing & leasing — Market available units and assist with move‑ins and renewals
Lease administration — Prepare and process leases and related paperwork
Rent collection — Collect rent and support delinquency follow‑up
Office operations — Perform general administrative and customer service duties

Qualifications:
Customer‑focused mindset with strong sales and communication skills
Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency; RealPage experience a plus
Organized and results‑oriented with high energy and professionalism
Must be able to walk the community and tour apartments with prospective residents, including climbing stairs and navigating breezeways as needed.
Must pass drug and background screening
Must be available weekdays and three Saturdays per month
