If you have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another people-focused role, this could be a great opportunity to build your career in property management.What You'll Do
- Greet and assist prospective and current residents
- Conduct apartment tours and showcase available homes and amenities
- Follow up with prospects and guide them through the leasing process
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
- Prepare leasing paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Support the onsite team with leasing and administrative responsibilities
- Help maintain a welcoming and professional community
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with people
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Availability to work 3 full days per week, including Saturday
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or leasing experience is a plus
