Compensation and Incentives

• Excellent Base Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 / hour
• $100 per New Lease Commission
• Property Shared Staff Renewal Commissions
• Morgan Essentials – $300 every quarter

Hours: 32-35/hrs per week.

• Deliver a welcoming experience for every resident and prospect
• Build trust through communication, follow-up, and consistency
• Take ownership of your leasing success by actively engaging and converting leads
• Collaborate with your team to create an inclusive, supportive environment

What We’re Looking For

• Prior customer-facing experience required (leasing or sales a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• One to three months of related experience or training
• Valid driver’s license

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
