- Support: Assist current residents with top-notch customer service, ensuring they feel at home every day.
- Close Deals: Use your sales savvy to meet leasing goals and contribute to our community's growth.
- Collaborate: Work alongside a fun, supportive team dedicated to making our community the best it can be.
What We're Looking For:
- Personality Plus: Outgoing, energetic, and great with people.
- Sales Skills: A knack for closing deals and building relationships.
- Problem-Solver: Quick on your feet with a can-do attitude.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using leasing software and digital marketing tools.
- Experience: Previous leasing or sales experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
