We’re seeking an energetic, customer service driven, and marketing savvy Leasing Agent to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate brings strong leasing skills, exceptional customer service, and the creativity to help drive traffic to our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospects warmly and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the leasing experience
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features and benefits
• Manage leads, follow ups, and leasing activity using AppFolio
• Process applications, verify qualifications, and prepare leasing documents
• Support residents with renewals and service-related inquiries
• Assist with renewals and resident relations
• Maintain an organized, professional office environment
• Collaborate with the onsite team to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction
• Work a weekly schedule of Thursday through Sunday

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leasing experience required
• Experience using AppFolio or similar CRM software
• Sales-driven with excellent communication and closing skills
• Professional, positive, and team oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Weekend availability required
