Job Summary:
Support Kubota Manufacturing of America's Learning & Development team by assisting with training administration, Learning Management System (LMS) support, content development, reporting, and employee learning initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in corporate training, instructional design, employee development, and learning technologies while contributing to projects that enhance workforce capability and engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Provide support to employees utilizing the Learning Management System (LMS), assisting with navigation, enrollment, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor training assignments and support course completion tracking.
- Assist with LMS data maintenance, user access management, and system updates.
- Respond to LMS-related questions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Training Content & Instructional Support
- Assist in creating user guides, instructional materials, and job aids to support employee learning.
- Develop engaging presentations and visual content for training programs and workshops.
- Support the organization, formatting, and maintenance of training materials.
- Review existing training content and identify opportunities for updates, enhancements, and rebranding.
- Training Analytics & Reporting
- Support reporting requests by gathering and analyzing LMS data.
- Assist in tracking training participation, completion rates, and program effectiveness.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate learning metrics.
- Help maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Project Support & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with Learning & Development team members on training initiatives and special projects.
- Research learning and development trends, best practices, and innovative training solutions.
- Assist with employee development programs, onboarding initiatives, and training events.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to learning processes and employee development programs.
- Professional Development & Team Collaboration
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with HR, business leaders, and employees across the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and business information.
- Complete additional projects and assignments as needed.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be actively pursuing a related degree throughout the internship period.
- Expected graduation date must be December 2027 or later.
- Candidates who have already graduated or who will graduate before December 2027 are not eligible.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other learning technologies.
- Experience creating presentations, training materials, or instructional content.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles or instructional design concepts.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboard creation.
- Previous internship, leadership, or project experience.
Education Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Language Requirements:
Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
