Job Details: Job Location: Biddeford - Biddeford, ME, Salary Range: $18.50 - $20.50Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, St. Louis Child Development Center in Biddeford, Maine is recognized as a 5-Star Quality Childcare Center (the highest award there is!), and we have an immediate opening for a Full-Time Lead Teacher.
About the Role: We’re looking for a nurturing, enthusiastic educator to lead classroom instruction and curriculum planning, foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment, collaborate with fellow educators, and supervise support staff as assigned.

Pay: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour. Actual starting salary contingent with candidate qualifications.
Schedule: Days, Monday – Friday

Qualifications: Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in early childhood education or a related degree, preferred; certificate in Child Development accepted. If no degree or certificate, must be willing to obtain.
Must be willing to maintain CPR and First Aide Certification, as well as attend the Maine Early Learning Guidelines Training

Our agency attempts to help all who request assistance either through direct assistance or appropriate referral.
