Alliance Center for Education is hiring a NC Pre‑K Teacher to support classroom instruction and create a safe, nurturing learning environment for preschool‑age children.

Key Responsibilities

Implement NC Pre‑K–approved curriculum with fidelity
Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate instruction for children ages 4–5
Support social‑emotional, cognitive, physical, and language development
Maintain required NC Pre‑K and DCDEE documentation
Collaborate with assistants, specialists, and families
Maintain a safe, engaging, and organized classroom environment

Qualifications

NC Pre‑K Lead Teacher credentials (B‑K License or BA/BS in ECE or related field with NC Pre‑K eligibility)
At least 2 years of experience working with preschool‑age children
Experience with TSG and lesson planning
Knowledge of NC Early Learning Standards
Strong communication and computer skills
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
