- As a Lead Supervisor at 3B DOZER SERVICE LLC, you will be responsible for directing daily workflows, assigning shifts and tasks, and ensuring quality and safety compliance within the team. Your role will involve mediating workplace conflicts, troubleshooting operational bottlenecks, and reporting activity metrics to upper management. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between frontline staff and upper management, driving performance goals, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily team operations and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Direct daily workflows and assign shifts and tasks to team members.
- Mediate workplace conflicts and foster a positive work environment.
- Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

Required Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in a leadership, team lead, or supervisory role within a relevant industry.
- Experience in overseeing daily team operations and bridging the gap between frontline staff and upper management.
- Demonstrated ability to direct daily workflows and ensure quality and safety compliance.
