How You'll Make an Impact

As the Lead Service Advisor, you'll set the standard for customer service while supporting the Service Manager with the daily operation of the department.

This role serves as a leadership position within the service team and offers the opportunity to grow into an Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager role.

Responsibilities Include:

Deliver an exceptional customer experience from vehicle check-in through delivery.
Lead by example while mentoring and supporting fellow Service Advisors.
Assist the Service Manager with daily operations, workflow management, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Help train, coach, and develop new and existing Service Advisors.
Monitor repair order quality, customer communication, and advisor performance.
Support department goals related to CSI, labor sales, maintenance recommendations, and profitability.
Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive ownership experience.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement while representing The Hanania Way.

Qualifications: What Sets You Apart

Previous experience as a high-performing Automotive Service Advisor.
Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a management role.
Proven ability to build customer relationships and consistently achieve high CSI scores.
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude.
Passion for developing others and contributing to a winning culture.
Experience with dealership management systems and service technology is preferred.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.
