About the Role
SunSoft Online is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer for a contract opportunity with an Arizona state agency. This is a senior architecture and hands-on leadership role centered on Salesforce Experience Cloud, leading end-to-end site architecture, advanced LWC development, security/identity design, data/AI integration, and mentoring developers.

Key Areas

• Architect Experience Cloud sites (LWR/Aura selection for performance/SEO)
• Design security models (External Identity, SSO, advanced sharing)
• Define CI/CD pipelines and governance for Experience Cloud metadata
• Build high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWR-optimized)
• Implement personalization (Audience Targeting, Salesforce CMS)
• Process automation (Headless Flows, asynchronous Apex)
• Data Cloud integration and API management (REST/SOAP, ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud)
• Code review, coding standards, stakeholder/roadmap presentation

Required

• Extensive senior Salesforce development experience (lead/architect level)
• Experience Cloud, LWR, LWC, Apex expertise
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred

• Salesforce CLI, SFDX
• Salesforce certifications (Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I)
• Data Cloud, CI/CD experience
