Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
• Lead the Salesforce development team and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and quality standards are met.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features to leverage new functionalities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
• Document processes, code changes, and system configurations for future reference.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
