As a Lead Montessori Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following the Montessori pedagogy, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress.

Starting Pay: Hourly Pay $23.00-$26.00, depending on education and experience.
Are You Qualified?
If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:
- Must have accredited Montessori 3-6 training (or be in training with a projected graduation date)
- 2 plus years in a Montessori classroom either as a lead or assistant guide
- 12 ECE credits and teacher qualified in the State of California.
- Current background check
- Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.

USD $23.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.
