As the Lead Mechanic you will manage ordering parts for the fleet you oversee.  This position will also perform vehicle tune-ups, diagnostic repair, perform DOT inspections, change brakes, suspension, electrical repairs, heating and air conditioning repairs, as well as wheelchair lift adjustments and repairs.  As the Lead Mechanic you will also supervise and motivate other Mechanics.

We have 1 full time opportunity based in our Boulder office.  The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 4:00am to 12:30pm.

The starting pay for this position is $36.50-$39.50/hour.

Qualifications: 

Must be at least 19 years of age or older.
10+ years of mechanical experience in gas and diesel repairs or ASE Certification
Will consider Associates Degree in Automotive Technology OR formal 2-year apprenticeship program AND 5+ years of mechanic experience in lieu of 10+ years' experience.  
Must obtain ASE Certification within 1 year of employment.
Possess experience in all phases of vehicle maintenance.
Strong background in diagnostics
Possess a Driver's License that has been continually valid for at least the past two (2) years.
Must pass and maintain DOT physical, random drug testing, and ongoing Motor Vehicle Records checks.
Must be able to perform physical requirements of the position.
Must possess own tools.
