Lead Instructor: Enterprise

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Instructor: Enterprise based in United States.

This is an opportunity to lead engaging, hands-on training for enterprise teams adopting a new retail promotion planning and optimization tool.
You will guide learners through realistic promotional planning scenarios, teaching the platform through practical workflows rather than feature-by-feature demonstrations.
The role supports the adoption of consistent promotional terminology, processes, and ways of working across multiple global markets.
You will work with participants ranging from beginners to experienced users, adapting your delivery to different levels of knowledge and confidence.
The position requires strong facilitation skills, business understanding, and the ability to confidently demonstrate proprietary technology in a live environment.
You will deliver a structured program of 30 virtual sessions, supported by onboarding, preparation, dry runs, and client-specific tool training.
This is a remote opportunity with the chance to help enterprise professionals build practical skills in modern, data-informed promotional planning.

Accountabilities

• Deliver 30 virtual training sessions, consisting of 10 full-day and 20 half-day instructor-led workshops.
• Lead hands-on learning experiences that walk participants through realistic promotional planning scenarios and demonstrate the tool within the context of actual workflows.
• Explain promotional planning concepts, terminology, processes, and performance metrics in a clear and accessible way.
• Help establish consistent and harmonized promotional terminology and processes across participating markets.
• Adapt training delivery to audiences with varied levels of experience, from complete beginners to advanced users.
• Facilitate hands-on exercises that allow participants to actively use the tool and apply concepts during the session.
• Demonstrate the client-specific proprietary tool confidently in a live virtual environment, including troubleshooting or navigating unexpected tool behavior when necessary.
• Explain concepts such as ROI, sales lift, and incrementality in practical business language that learners can readily understand.
• Help learners understand how AI-assisted recommendations can support promotional planning while reinforcing the role of human judgment in decision-making.
• Prepare for initial deliveries by reviewing training materials, developing talking points, practicing delivery, and becoming fully comfortable with the session flow.
• Participate in onboarding, client-specific tool training, dry runs, and preparation meetings with the training team.
• Complete required setup activities to gain access to relevant client platforms and ensure technical readiness for delivery.
• Maintain a strong professional presence throughout virtual sessions and contribute to a positive, engaging learning environment.

Requirements:

• Background in marketing, sales, business analysis, or a related field, with familiarity with promotional or sales planning terminology preferred.
• Understanding of retail promotion concepts and terminology, including promotion mechanics and retail sales processes.
• Ability to explain promotional performance metrics such as ROI, sales lift, and incrementality in straightforward business terms.
• Proven ability to learn proprietary software quickly and demonstrate it confidently to an audience in a live environment.
• Comfortable troubleshooting and adapting when technology or a client-specific tool does not behave as expected.
• Experience delivering hands-on training or workshops where participants actively use software or tools during the session.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating engaging virtual training sessions, particularly for audiences with different levels of technical or subject-matter experience.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted planning tools and an understanding of the distinction between automated recommendations and the planner's professional judgment.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong leadership presence and confidence managing a virtual classroom or enterprise audience.
• Excellent organizational and preparation skills, with the ability to manage structured delivery requirements and multiple sessions.
• Adaptable and comfortable working with evolving client requirements, unfamiliar tools, and varied learner needs.
• Professional, reliable, and able to maintain engagement and energy throughout full-day virtual sessions.
• Willingness to complete onboarding, dry-run, client tool training, and other preparation activities required for program delivery.
• Ability to work remotely from Slovenia or another location, subject to the applicable engagement requirements.
