WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Teach gymnastics-based classes to kids ages 4 months–12 years (we train you on our proven curriculum — no experience required!)
• Build real relationships with families — they'll remember you for years
• Create a warm, high-energy environment where kids feel safe to try new things
• Keep our space clean, organized, and welcoming before and after classes
• Show up with your A-game every single class — energy is non-negotiable here

YOU'RE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU...

• Have natural charisma — you're comfortable and confident talking with both kids and adults
• Can stay on your feet and bring the energy for a full shift, every shift
• Are a team player who takes pride in the space and the people around you
• Are available evenings (classes until 9 PM) and weekends
• Have a background in theater, performance, child development, gymnastics, or PE — or you're just naturally that person
• Know how to have fun AND buckle down when it's time to work
• Take cleanliness seriously (you don't have to love it, but you know how to do it)
