Lead Generator Rep

About the Role 

Do you enjoy talking to new people and building instant connections? Are you naturally energized by turning a quick conversation into a real opportunity? If so, this role is for you. 

As a Sales Lead Generator, you’ll be on the front lines of driving new business by engaging directly with consumers inside high-traffic retail locations. You’ll spark conversations, build interest, connect potential customers with solutions that meet their needs, and pass qualified leads to the sales team to close the deal. 

If you’re someone that thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys face-to-face interaction, and wants to be rewarded for your results, you’ll find real success in this role. 

Responsibilities

What You’ll Get to Do 

• Approach and engage consumers in a friendly and confident way

• Educate people on the benefits of products and services

• Demonstrate products so customers can see the value firsthand

• Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and fit

• Generate interest and schedule free in-home consultations with the sales team

• Capture and enter customer information and key insights into internal systems 

Qualifications

What You Need 

Required 

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

• 2+ years of retail sales or lead generation experience 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with product demonstrations or direct sales

• Experience with cold selling (Door-to-door, B2B)

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office

• Comfortable using mobile web-based tools and systems
