Lead Delivery Solution Architect

This role sits at the intersection of solution architecture, enterprise delivery, and strategic customer engagement, focusing on designing and guiding the implementation of complex hybrid cloud and AI-driven solutions. You will act as both a technical authority and trusted advisor during early sales engagements and throughout full program delivery, ensuring solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business outcomes. The position requires deep expertise in architecture design, large-scale deployments, and cross-functional coordination across technical and commercial teams. You will play a key role in bridging business requirements with advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure. Accountabilities:

• Lead solution architecture design during early customer engagements, acting as a trusted technical advisor and design authority.
• Ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with customer business objectives and delivery feasibility.
• Oversee end-to-end architecture governance across large-scale, multi-domain enterprise programs.
• Collaborate with pursuit, delivery, and managed services teams to ensure seamless transition from design to execution.
• Provide technical leadership for hybrid cloud, AI, and data-driven solution deployments across complex environments.
• Guide system integration efforts and ensure architectural consistency across all program components.
• Drive quality assurance, delivery best practices, and continuous improvement across solution lifecycle stages.
• Act as a single point of contact for solution architecture across internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical designs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in solution architecture, enterprise IT delivery, or technical consulting roles.
• Strong background in hybrid cloud, infrastructure, and large-scale enterprise solution design.
• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, deep learning, or data science-driven solution environments.
• Knowledge of big data ecosystems, cloud computing platforms, and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) models.
• Experience supporting or leading large-scale AI solution deployments and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Nvidia AI solutions or high-performance computing (HPC) environments is highly valued.
• Strong ability to bridge business requirements with technical architecture and delivery constraints.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills with executive-level interaction experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities in complex, ambiguous environments.
