Lead Coordinator, Personal Insurance (P/T)

The Personal Insurance Lead Coordinator is responsible for supporting the lead generation and intake functions of First Community Insurance Agency. The coordinator works directly with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls to gather accurate information and facilitate the quote process with licensed advisors. A strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and accurate information gathering is essential for success in this position.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Work directly with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls to gather personal insurance information.
• Provide a professional and helpful first point of contact for individuals requesting personal insurance quotes.
• Complete accurate and thorough intake of customer information and document all relevant details for licensed Insurance Advisors.
• Follow up with prospective customers to obtain outstanding information and maintain contact with assigned leads.
• Enter and maintain accurate prospect information and lead activity in CRM/AMS and other applicable systems.

Required Knowledge, Skill and Abilities

• Prior experience in customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
