Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/ LBA

What You Will Do
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Lead the implementation of behavior intervention strategies with a focus on measurable progress and meaningful outcomes.
- Analyze client data regularly and adjust treatment plans to ensure continued growth and success.
- Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to create consistent, supportive environments for each client.
- Provide hands-on training and supervision to RBTs and clinical staff to ensure quality and consistency of care.
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
What You Bring
- Active BCBA certification (required).
- New York LBA license and eMedNY Medicaid number (required).
- Strong foundation in behavioral health, special education, and applied behavior analysis.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges.
- Confidence in data-driven decision making and treatment planning.
- Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to engage both families and team members.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
License/Certification:
- Licensed Behavior Analyst license (Required)
