Responsibilities
- Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools safely and efficiently to maintain lawns and landscaped areas

- Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to support proper landscape maintenance and pest management practices

Skills
- Mechanical knowledge of landscaping and groundskeeping equipment operation
- Experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, tree care, and pruning techniques
- Proficiency with hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and power tools including trimmers and blowers
- Ability to identify plants, pests, weeds, and signs of disease or damage in outdoor environments
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work and equipment use
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping roles preferred but not required; training provided for motivated learners
