What You'll Do
- Work directly with partners and associates on active commercial auto and trucking defense cases
- Draft motions, briefs, and key litigation documents under attorney supervision
- Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Assist with case strategy, factual development, and trial preparation
- Handle matters involving significant liability – including cases with policies exceeding $1 million
What We’re Looking
- For Current law student with a strong interest in litigation and courtroom advocacy
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- A growth mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
