Join our team as a Laundry Assistant and help ensure our residents have the fresh linens, clean clothing, and comfortable environment they deserve.
While residents may not always see the work you do, they feel the impact every day. From freshly folded linens to favorite sweaters returned with care, you'll play an important role in creating a place our residents are proud to call home.
What You'll Do
🧺 Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident laundry and community linens
🏡 Deliver clean linens to designated neighborhoods and community areas
👕 Read garment labels and follow special laundering instructions to ensure clothing is properly cared for
🔍 Check clothing items before washing and help protect residents' personal belongings
⚙️ Operate washers and dryers safely and efficiently
✨ Help maintain a clean, organized, and productive laundry environment
🤝 Work alongside a caring team dedicated to serving older adults with excellence
🧼 Follow infection control and safety procedures to ensure a healthy environment for residents and team members
