Availability Requirements:

• Monday - Friday between 6am - 4pm for a 4-8 hour shift 
• Minimum of 24 hours per week

*Scheduled hours and days will vary based on business volumes. The season end date is January 9, 2027.

Mandatory Training Class:

Week 1 October 26-30, 9am-4pm
Week 2 November 2-6, 9am-4pm

The REI Contact Center is an integral part of REI's success. We are looking for problem solvers with a passion for providing exceptional service. Join our team as a Sales and Customer Support Representative and help us assist our customers and members. In this on-site role at our Sumner Contact Center, you will be working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and are adept at conducting online research to find positive solutions. 

Bring your passion and expertise

• Enjoy building relationships, inside and outside the organization. 
• Communicate clearly and accurately, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate critical thinking by evaluating information from multiple software systems to solve customer issues.
• Use de-escalation techniques, creativity, and effective problem-solving.
• Previous experience in retail and/or customer service call center preferred. 
• Apply your passion for the outdoors, REI products, and gear to serve our customers effectively.

Pay Range

$17.44-$19.77 per hour
