Ability to operate laser for sheet metal fabrication 
Ability to use nesting software per machine
Ability to set up and run one laser proficiently
Can perform centering, lens cleaning, focus test without supervision
Load material safely without supervision
Utilize technology for processing jobs and communication (Clocking, Inventory, Job Completion)
Assist in training employees in the work center with current knowledge base
Mandatory overtime when business conditions require it
Adherence to the attendance policy
All other duties as required
 

QualificationsAre you qualified?

 Experience in a similar role.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work well with others.
Excellent organizational skills for maintaining inventory levels and stock management.
Problem-solving skills for resolving shipping discrepancies and customer issues.
Applicants must pass a pre-employment physical, drug test, and background check as a prerequisite of employment.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (75-100+ lbs.) and perform various physical tasks such as bending, stooping, sitting, walking, twisting, and standing regularly. Must have good dexterity to operate hand tools and paint sprayers and must also have normal vision with or without corrective lenses.
