Laborers at Viridity perform manual labor and handle all routine and physical tasks related to the creation, care and maintenance of assigned project responsibilities.

Job Description

​Essential Functions  

• Help deliver the overall construction of lawn and landscape projects from start to finish, ensuring proper completion of various tasks related to the project. 

•  Use skillful handwork with various tools such as shovels and rakes. 

•  Operate pieces of equipment safely and efficiently as instructed by Team Leads. 

•  Precisely finish work in accordance with direction from Team Leads. 

• Ensure that all elements of the assigned project tasks are delivered in a timely and professional manner. 

• Assist with other various projects, as needed. 

• Represent Viridity and its related affiliates in a professional manner at all times. 

• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
