About the Role
As a Land Acquisition Manager at The Boyd Company, you will drive our market strategy by maintaining a strong pipeline of potential land deals. Your days will be dynamic and varied in a hybrid work environment—ranging from sourcing land leads and researching new parcels to building financial models, identifying underutilized properties, and ensuring contract compliance. You will also assist with financial analysis, quarterly reporting, budget reviews, and assembling feasibility packages.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Sourcing & Research: Research new land parcels, identify underutilized properties, and establish target markets to maintain the land pipeline.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong connections with local developers, builders, brokers, and landowners.
Financial & Analytical Support: Build financial models, assist with financial reports, review budgets, and assemble comprehensive feasibility packages.
Deal Management: Monitor current acquisitions, ensure strict contract compliance, and assist with quarterly reporting.

Compensation & Financial Incentives
Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 annually.
Bonuses: Performance bonuses, plus potential for incentive and success bonuses.
