Ladies Locker Room Attendant

Employment Status: Part-Time  (up to 29 hours)  

Possible shifts: Tuesday-Friday 7am-11:30am, Saturday or Sunday 7am-7:30pm 

Job Summary 

The Ladies Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming locker room environment for members and guests. This position requires a dependable, trustworthy individual who is comfortable working independently while providing exceptional customer service. The attendant serves as a visible and approachable presence in the locker room, ensuring members receive assistance when needed and that club standards are consistently maintained. Other duties may include assisting with light food service.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Member Service & Presence 

Maintain a consistent and visible presence within the locker room during scheduled shifts. 

Greet members warmly and professionally as they enter. 

Serve as the primary point of contact for member questions, concerns, and requests within the locker room. 

Assist members with locating amenities, supplies, and services. 

Foster a welcoming, respectful, and professional environment at all times. 

Address member concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary. 

Assisting with Ladies’ Card parties, including food & beverage service 

Locker Room Cleanliness 

Continuously monitor and maintain cleanliness throughout the locker room. 

Ensure all areas remain neat, organized, and free of clutter. 

Promptly address spills, safety hazards, or maintenance issues. 

Ensure locker room supplies remain fully stocked throughout the day. 

Replenish towels, toiletries, tissues, paper products, sanitary supplies, and other amenities. 

Monitor inventory levels and notify purchasing when supplies require replenishment. 

Safeguard member privacy and maintain confidentiality. 

Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety and member service. 

Qualifications 

Required 

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 

Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and professionalism. 

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

Ability to communicate effectively with members and staff. 

Customer service experience preferred. 

TABC and Food Handlers Certifications 

Physical Requirements 

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. 

Ability to lift and carry up to 25-30 pounds. 

Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull as required for cleaning and stocking duties. 

Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the shift. 

Performance Expectations 

Locker room remains clean, sanitary, and well-organized at all times. 

Supplies and amenities are consistently stocked and available. 

Members regularly see an attendant present and available for assistance. 

Safety, privacy, and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout every shift. 

Assisting the Full-Time Attendant with servicing the ladies card room
