You will provide expert advice to customers regarding computer and gaming products while actively selling merchandise and services. Additionally, you will maintain the point of sale presentation to ensure an engaging shopping atmosphere.

Aufgaben
- Sie fokussieren sich auf die Kunden und beraten diese vor, während und nach dem Kauf – leidenschaftlich, kundenorientiert, kompetent
- Sie verkaufen warengruppenübergreifend und aktiv unsere Produkte, Zubehör und die dazugehörigen Dienste
- Sie übertragen Ihre Begeisterung für unsere Produkte und Lösungen auf unsere Kunden und zeigen, was damit alles möglich ist. Sie inspirieren zu neuen Ideen.
- Sie sprechen unsere Kunden proaktiv an und beantworten Kundenanfragen
- Sie unterstützen bei der Präsentation und Pflege des „Point of Sales“
- Sie schaffen eine ansprechende Einkaufsatmosphäre
Profil
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel und/ oder Berufserfahrung im Verkauf von Produkten und Dienstleistungen – hier bringen Sie Ihre Leidenschaft ein
- Sie haben Kenntnisse und Interesse an Produkten und Trends der Consumer Electronics Branche
- Sie haben eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark, stark in der Umsetzung und arbeiten lösungsorientiert
- Sie sind ein Teamplayer und haben Spaß am gemeinsamen Erfolg
- Sie sind bereit, das Team auch nachmittags / abends und an Samstagen zu unterstützen
