Aufgaben
- Sie beraten unsere Kunden und bearbeiten Kundenanliegen in Bezug auf Online Abholung, Produktrücknahme, Umtausch, Reparaturen, Kaufabwicklung (Kassieren) - leidenschaftlich, kundenorientiert, kompetent
- Sie erledigen administrative Tätigkeiten in Zusammenhang mit dem Verkaufsprozess, der Finanzierung, dem Kauf auf Rechnung, etc.
- Sie vermarkten unsere Produkte auf den verschiedenen Online-Plattformen
- Sie stehen in Kontakt mit internen und externen Partnern oder Produktlieferanten zu allen Prozessen rund um Reparatur
- Sie unterstützen aktiv bei Kundenevents
- Sie nehmen eine positive und proaktive Haltung den Kunden gegenüber ein und bieten einfache, effiziente Lösungen für Kundenbeschwerden
- Sie halten vorgegebene nationale Standardrichtlinien, -prozesse und Verhaltensweisen ein und setzen diese um
Profil
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene serviceorientierte Berufsausbildung (idealerweise Hotellerie & Handel, Eventindustrie)
- Sie haben Kenntnisse und Interesse an Produkten und Trends der Consumer Electronics Branche
- Sie haben eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark, stark in der Umsetzung und arbeiten lösungsorientiert
- Sie sind ein Teamplayer und haben Spaß am gemeinsamen Erfolg
- Sie sind bereit, das Team auch nachmittags / abends und an Samstagen zu unterstützen
