Knowledge Manager Visualization Support Officer - Sr.

Overview

The Senior Knowledge Manager for Visualization Support develops clear, mission-focused visual and written products that communicate UMM capabilities, enterprise data initiatives, operational performance, and strategic priorities. The position transforms complex information into dashboards, infographics, executive briefings, and outreach materials for ETO leadership, enterprise executors, Services, CCMDs, and mission partners.

Responsibilities

• Create visual communication products, including executive briefings, infographics, summaries, presentations, and decision-support materials.
• Design interactive dashboards and data visualizations that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Develop marketing and outreach materials promoting UMM capabilities and enterprise data initiatives.
• Translate complex technical, operational, and analytical information into clear products for diverse audiences.
• Support enterprise outreach and stakeholder-engagement activities across Services, CCMDs, and partner organizations.
• Produce briefing materials for ETO leadership, enterprise executors, working groups, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with data scientists, tool administrators, technical editors, graphic designers, and program leadership.
• Maintain consistent messaging, visual standards, version control, and appropriate classification and handling markings.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and refine products to improve clarity, accessibility, and mission usefulness.
• Support recurring reporting, governance forums, and leadership engagements with accurate visual products.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in knowledge management, data visualization, strategic communications, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience developing executive briefings, dashboards, infographics, summaries, and stakeholder-facing communication products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and at least one data-visualization or business-intelligence platform such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical and operational information into concise, accurate, visually clear products.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, stakeholder-engagement, and project-coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and protect classified or sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD, DIA, or Intelligence Community audiences and classified mission environments.
• Experience with SharePoint, knowledge repositories, UI/UX principles, or visual-brand standards.

Clearance and Work Requirements

• Active TS/SCI CI Poly and ability to work on-site at the DIA Government SCIF in Reston, Virginia during COR-established working hours.
• Ability to comply with applicable DIA, DoD, Intelligence Community, cybersecurity, records-management, classification, and information-handling requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a non-personal services environment in which contractor personnel remain accountable to contractor management.
