Job Details: Job Location: Bagelmania Convention - Las Vegas, NV, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Since 1989, Bagelmania has been the heart and soul of New York-style bagels and mouthwatering deli cuisine in Las Vegas. In 2018, we leveled up—relocating to a stunning 10,000 square-foot space near the Las Vegas Convention Center with seating for 200 and a full bar. Bagelmania is a must-visit destination for both locals and tourists, blending tradition with innovation.

What You’ll Bring to the Table
At least 2 years of kitchen leadership experience in a full-service restaurant.
A love for working nights, weekends, and holidays—because that’s when the magic happens!
Food Handler’s Card and ServSafe Manager certification (or the ability to get them).
The ability to keep cool under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills—whether you’re talking to your team or management.
