About the Role:

The Kitchen role within the Accommodation and Food Services industry is pivotal in ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality meals that meet both safety standards and customer expectations. This position involves working collaboratively with kitchen staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace while adhering to established recipes and presentation guidelines. The successful candidate will contribute to menu planning, inventory management, and the timely execution of food orders to support smooth restaurant operations. Attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene are essential to uphold the establishment's reputation and customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a kitchen or food preparation environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in food handling or culinary arts.
• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment and inventory software.

Responsibilities:
