The Opportunity: 

Kids for All Seasons Attendant, On-Call

Who We Look For: 

We are looking for an individual who can provide support for Explorer Island, our recreational area. Explorer Island features a Family Pool, Splash Zone, Lazy River, and The Drop. Dry out over a game of beach volleyball, shoot hoops, or get your gaming fix at The Hideout. Our complimentary Kids for All Seasons program is also located on the island. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide exciting and excellent service for guests of all ages 

• Engage in activities with the children while maintaining a safe environment; activities may include, water sports, kids' games, pool side movies and more 

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Prior related experience of 2 years 

• Comfortable working outside for 8-10 hours 

• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers. 

• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently. 

• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions. 

• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team. 

• Must be available to work on Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
