We’re looking for energetic, outgoing Kids Activity Leaders who love working with children and want to be part of a fun, fast-paced team.
As a Kids Activity Leader, you’ll be one of the faces of Little Land. You’ll welcome families, engage with kids during play, support birthday parties and programs, and help create a positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do
Welcome Families
- Greet families as they arrive
- Check guests in for open play, classes, and birthday parties
- Help parents understand programs and activities
- Answer questions and provide friendly customer service
- Ensure every guest feels welcomed and supported
Lead Fun Activities for Kids
- Interact with children during open play sessions
- Encourage movement, creativity, and exploration
- Help lead fun activities and games
- Support classes and group activities
- Maintain a safe and positive play environment
Your energy helps set the tone for the entire play gym.
Help Host Birthday Parties & Special Events
- Check in party guests
- Assist with party setup and organization
- Help guide party activities and games
- Support party hosts and ensure events run smoothly
- Create a fun and memorable experience for the birthday child and their guests
Support the Play Gym Team
- Maintain clean and organized play areas
- Help reset spaces between activities
- Support teammates during busy play sessions
- Assist with classes and special programs
- Help create a welcoming environment for families

Salary: 11 - 15 USD Per hour
Little Land Pediatric Therapy & Play Gym is a unique, child-centered destination where developmental therapy meets purposeful play—all under one roof. We are committed to helping children grow, learn, and thrive by combining expert pediatric therapy services with sensory-rich play environments designed to support every stage of early childhood development.
Founded on the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, Little Land offers occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, ABA and feeding therapy services provided by licensed pediatric specialists. Our therapy programs are grounded in clinical expertise and focused on achieving real developmental milestones that matter to families.
In addition to our therapy services, each Little Land location features an indoor play gym that’s open to the public—offering a fun, safe, and inclusive space for children to explore, move, and build critical skills through play. From sensory exploration and music classes to birthday parties, open play sessions, and parents’ night out events, we create experiences that are both fun and developmentally supportive.
Our model fosters collaboration between therapists, parents, and caregivers, making it easy for families to access therapeutic support in a joyful, judgment-free environment. With locations across the country and a growing franchise network, Little Land is redefining what pediatric therapy can look like—fun, functional, and family-friendly.
