Summary
Provide nurturing and safety-minded care for children aged 6 months to 9 years in a drop-in babysitting service. Engage youth in a variety of fun, educational, and stimulating activities.
Job Description
Do you enjoy working with children? We have immediate openings for nurturing, energetic, safety minded individuals dedicated to providing care for children ages 6 months-9 years in our Kid Zone program! Kid Zone is a short-term, drop-in babysitting service for members while they are utilizing the YMCA facility. Selected candidates will engage a wide variety of youth in fun, educational, and stimulating activities.
Work Hours/Pay Range:
- FLEXIBLE scheduling available.
- Hours available Fridays 8:30a - 12:30p and Tues/Thur 4:00 - 7:00p
Qualifications:
- A passion for working with kids.
- Experience supervising children of varying ages.
- Ability to positively role model the Y core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility.
