What you´ll do

• Support the execution of go-to-market sales plans and key initiatives that drive customer growth and business objectives.
• Partner with Key Account Managers to coordinate account activities, customer communications, and day-to-day business operations.
• Manage critical account processes, including new item setup, pricing maintenance, order forms, backorder reporting, and promotional tracking.
• Support promotional planning, trade marketing initiatives, planogram execution, and project coordination across key customers.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for customer meetings, business reviews, conferences, and trade events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Business Intelligence teams to ensure seamless execution and customer success.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of sales, marketing, account management, or related experience; beauty industry experience preferred. 
• Experience supporting Key Account Management activities and customer-facing business processes.
• Experience with data management systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organizational, and detail-orientation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fully remote team environment.

The salary range for this role is $70,000.00 and $85,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable.  The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
