Job Summary
The Keno Writer plays a key role in casino operations by facilitating keno gameplay and delivering outstanding guest service. This position is responsible for processing wagers, assisting players, and supporting smooth game operations while ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations and Caesars Entertainment’s Family Style Service standards.
