Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in KBR’s DoD SkillBridge Internship program during your last 180 days of active duty.
• Gain hands-on experience in engineering, technology, cybersecurity, logistics, and business operations.
• Work alongside industry professionals on projects supporting defense and space programs.
• Learn KBR processes, tools, and systems relevant to your chosen career path.
• Engage in mentorship and networking opportunities to prepare for civilian employment.
• Support mission-critical tasks that enhance warfighter readiness and operational success.

Basic Qualifications

• Active-duty service member within 180 days of separation

• Command approval for DoD SkillBridge participation
• Ability to commit to the duration of the internship program
• Interest in transitioning to a civilian career in engineering, IT, logistics, or business operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance (many roles require clearance)

• Technical certifications or relevant military occupational specialty experience
• Familiarity with engineering, cybersecurity, or logistics systems
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
