Role Summary

This role supports development and maintenance tasks while gaining experience in a large-scale federal modernization program.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement assigned web development tasks under supervision
• Assist with defect resolution and testing support
• Participate in documentation and knowledge-sharing activities
• Learn ATRRS system architecture and development standards

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 1-3 years of professional or academic/internship experience in software development.
• Technical Proficiency: Foundational knowledge of React, TypeScript, Java, PostgreSQL
• Certifications: Active IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE) or willingness to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
• Compliance: Must meet standard defense contract requirements.

Preferred Expertise

• Containers & Microservices: Spring Boot, Hibernate, exposure to Docker and microservices architecture (ECS or EKS).
• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and GitLab pipelines.
• Agile Collaboration: Experience using Jira or GitLab for task tracking and agile collaboration.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to learning.
