About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Joy Creator to join our bakery team! As a Joy Creator, you’ll be one of the first faces our guests see and will play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do
- Create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest.
- Greet guests with a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently while providing product knowledge and recommendations.
- Help guests select the perfect Bundt cake, Bundtlet, Bundtini, or gift.
- Promote Bundtastic Rewards and encourage guests to participate.
- Prepare and package guest orders according to brand standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment.
- Assist with decorating, stocking, packaging, and other bakery duties as needed.
- Support special orders, celebrations, fundraisers, and other bakery events.
- Work as part of a team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and company standards.
- Help create a bakery environment where every guest feels appreciated and valued.
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Previous customer service or food-service experience is a plus, but not required.
