Journeyman Electrician Project Manager

Rinvio is hiring a Journeyman Electrician Project Manager for a prevailing wage government office project in Winchester, Virginia.

Pay: $60-$65/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time project work; schedule and overtime may vary by project needs

Type: Full-Time W-2

Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate electrical work on a commercial/government office project

- Work closely with field leadership, crews, subcontractors, and site stakeholders to keep the project organized and moving safely

- Review drawings, specifications, schedules, one-lines, change information, and project documentation

- Help plan manpower, materials, sequencing, and daily/weekly field priorities

- Track progress, identify issues early, and communicate clearly with the appropriate project contacts

- Support quality control, code-compliant installation, safety expectations, and professional jobsite standards

- Assist with RFIs, punch lists, closeout items, and project documentation as needed

- Maintain a professional presence suitable for a government/public-sector project environment

Requirements:

- Journeyman-level electrical background with strong commercial project experience

- Prior electrical project management, assistant project management, foreman, or superintendent-style experience preferred

- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specs, schedules, and project documents

- Strong communication, organization, field coordination, and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable supporting crews while also managing documentation, priorities, and project follow-through

- Knowledge of NEC standards, safe work practices, and quality installation expectations

- Government, public-sector, prevailing wage, or structured commercial project experience is a plus

- Reliable transportation to the Winchester, VA project area

- Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements

Full-time, W-2 employment with Rinvio, working on site with our client.
