Journeyman Electrician - Data Center

Rinvio is hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for a data center project in Chantilly, Virginia. This role is ideal for electricians who are comfortable working in active commercial/industrial environments and understand the importance of quality, safety, coordination, and schedule discipline on mission-critical projects.

Pay: $38-$44/hour, based on experience

Location: Chantilly, VA

Schedule: Full-time project work; overtime may be available based on project needs

Type: Full-Time W-2

Responsibilities:

- Install, bend, route, and terminate EMT, rigid conduit, cable tray, feeders, branch circuits, panels, and electrical equipment

- Support data center electrical installations, upgrades, and buildout work

- Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, panel schedules, and construction drawings

- Pull wire, make terminations, troubleshoot circuits, and verify installations are clean and code-compliant

- Coordinate with foremen, other trades, and site leadership to keep work moving safely and efficiently

- Maintain a professional, safety-first jobsite presence and follow all site-specific requirements

Requirements:

- Journeyman-level commercial or industrial electrical experience

- Data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large commercial project experience strongly preferred

- Strong conduit bending, wire pulling, terminations, layout, and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to read electrical drawings and work independently with limited supervision

- Reliable transportation to Chantilly, VA

- Own basic hand tools and standard PPE

- OSHA 10/30 is a plus

- Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to pass any site onboarding requirements
