This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in a variety of commercial settings, including offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and other facilities. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in commercial environments.
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems including lighting, panels, circuits, outlets, and wiring.
Perform inspections and ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, solutions, and estimates.
Complete work orders, service reports, and documentation accurately.
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition.
Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and OSHA standards.
Collaborate with dispatch, office staff, and other technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid state Journeyman Electrician License (as required by local jurisdiction).
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in commercial electrical service.
Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and local codes.
Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
