Journeyman Electrician - Commercial / Data Center

Rinvio is hiring Journeyman Electricians for commercial and data center electrical project work in the Winchester, Virginia area.

Pay: $38-$46/hour, based on experience

Location: Winchester, VA

Schedule: Full-time project work; overtime may be available based on project needs

Type: Full-Time W-2

Responsibilities:

- Install conduit, cable tray, feeders, branch circuits, panels, lighting, devices, and related electrical systems

- Support commercial, data center, mission-critical, or large-project electrical installations

- Read and follow blueprints, one-lines, panel schedules, and construction drawings

- Pull wire, make terminations, troubleshoot circuits, and verify clean code-compliant work

- Coordinate with foremen, site leadership, and other trades to keep production moving

- Follow all safety standards and site-specific onboarding requirements

Requirements:

- Journeyman-level commercial or industrial electrical experience

- Data center, commercial, mission-critical, or large construction project experience preferred

- Strong conduit bending, layout, wire pulling, terminations, and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to read electrical drawings and work independently with limited supervision

- Reliable transportation to the Winchester project area

- Own basic hand tools and PPE

- OSHA 10/30 is a plus

- Must be dependable and safety-minded
