My Kids Childcare Inc. is seeking a caring, responsible, and motivated individual for an entry-level position working with children. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for early childhood development and wants to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive supervision to ensure children’s safety at all times
- Assist with diapering and basic hygiene needs
- Encourage children to eat meals and try new foods
- Support positive interactions and prevent conflicts between children
- Model appropriate behavior and social skills
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and nurturing classroom environment
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old OR a junior/senior currently enrolled in a high school Early Childhood Education (ECE) program
- High school diploma (or in progress for eligible students)
- Genuine desire to work with children
- Patient, dependable, and team-oriented
- Willingness to assist with all aspects of childcare, including diapering
