(ACN) is actively seeking highly motivated and compassionate professionals to join our team. We are currently hiring Job Coach to work in our Connections Department.

Our Job Coaches at ACN work with individuals, some who experience autism and other developmental disabilities. Job Coaches work with our individuals to find the job that best fits them. As a Job Coach you must have the ability to communicate and build relationships with employers and clients, have reliable transportation and the ability to move from work site to work site, in being a Job Coach having a flexible schedule is important. 

Responsibilities:

Attend orientation and training with clients at the job site.
Support the client on the job
Working with employers and co-workers to develop natural support on the job
Making sure the job is being done to the employers expectations
Provide social skill instruction and practice
Assisting with problem solving skills
Evaluation and monitoring the clients job performance

Qualifications
Must be at least 19 years of age
High school graduate or equivalent
Good verbal and written communication skills in Englilsh with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly
Valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance
Your own reliable transportation and good driving record
