Job Coach

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as an Employment Specialist and help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) achieve meaningful employment. You'll provide individualized coaching and workplace support to foster career growth, independence, and long-term success. How You'll Make an Impact

• Help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) find and succeed in meaningful employment.
• Provide hands-on coaching and support to build confidence, workplace skills, and independence.
• Partner with employers to create inclusive workplaces and expand opportunities for people with disabilities.
• Advocate for workplace accommodations that promote long-term success.
• Make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals, businesses, and the communities you serve.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive pay rates: $25/hr., with a weekly pay schedule 
• Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)
• Short commute times (we try to match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home)
• To obtain more hours, you may also be able to work as a Direct Support Professional too!

Qualifications for Our Job Coaches:

• One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (IDD)
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Day-time availability 
• ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred but not required.
